st: reshape: message values would be changed, not changed

Hi,

Reshaping (original data in .csv format) from wide to long I get the message

" xxx values would be changed; not changed "
for some years of my item named "offbs" (offbs2006, offbs2005 ...), all the
other ten items I use don't produce the message and I cannot tell what makes
the difference. Also the data loaded in looks fine also for those years.

All I was able to find on the web was this (see below), but it refers to a
1998 update (my version 9.2 intercooled, update 27.Oct, Windows XP)

(STB-44) reshape
reshape would produce the odd message "___ values would be changed" and then
proceed to give correct results. The message is now suppressed.
