Scott has already pointed out that the Stata document class needs to be created. A useful link on this is

On a more current syntax file, I was going to point you towards the website of J. Scott Long, one of the authors of the 
fantastic "Regression Models for Categorical Outcomes Using Stata", however a quick peep indicates that he has moved on 
from textpad to UltraEdit.

That said, you can still find syntax files on his website http://www.indiana.edu/~jslsoc/spost.htm
