I agree with Svend. 

Sometimes with simple graphs it is easiest just 
to do something ad hoc with what is to be plotted 
as a little dataset. 

The help for -textbarplot- on SSC doesn't indicate 
a canned solution, but it shows some simple techniques
that can be effective.
