The link below is a great website with a wealth of information and additional links to help you work with complex surveys. You should be able to find what you need by exploring this as well as the UCLA website http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/topics/Survey.htm and any other academic website or document that you come across with a simple google search (eg. complex survey design and Stata and other key words). Also, Stata has help available right at your fingertips - go to help in your software and follow the directions offered.
