Well, smoking is associated with LOW birthweight, but I wanted to see an
ROC curve with an area > 0.5. Rather that inverting -bwt-, I could let
bwt "predict" nonsmoking:
  gen nonsmoke=1-smoke
and use -nonsmoke- as the dependent variable.
