I would use the Help menu in Stata.
I would search 'Graph Box'
There is an option called 'boxlook options'. The command is 'medline'.
Then take a look at the 'line_options'. You can use this to specify the
width of the line used to draw the box.

I would like to plot a kind of box plot without outliers and displaying
10 %
percentile, median and 90 % percentile only , I try this
graph box y, over(x1) over(x2) asyvars
But I would like to have box with a small width, almost a line
