Ok. It seems that for some reason the sorting got lost.

Now, I have another question. Why are the predictions of xtabond so bad? Is it because the constant was dropped and why is that?

When I want to predict fitted values after xtabond STATA 8 reports 'not sorted r(5)'. What does that mean?
