st: Wrong _st = 0 after stset

Dear statalisters,

I have some wrong _st = 0 after I stset my data. The typical cases are when I
have several consecutive _st = 1, correctly including the observations for the
study, but some observations would wrongly have _st = 0 in the middle of the
spell.

Any comment or reference on this will be helpful.
