Summit Consulting LLC, a small consulting firm serving public- and
private-sector clients, is accepting resumes and/or CVs for a consultant
position.  The responsibilities of this position include, but are not
limited to, the following:  data management, programming, and statistical
analysis/modeling using the statistical software program, Stata; technical
writing & editing; and meeting with clients on a regular basis re: current
and foregone analyses.  The ideal candidate should have completed graduate
work (e.g. MA/MS or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field, e.g. economics or
statistics, using a broad-range of econometric tools in varying
capacities.  The candidate should be detail-oriented and possess strong
organizational skills.  A broad knowledge of Federal housing data would be
helpful, as would some experience with designing and executing complex
sampling plans.  Summit Consulting is located in Washington, D.C. and
offers a collegial and rewarding work environment where your input and
