st: Year dummy and random effect in logit model

HI,
I have a 6-year panel data set. I am using logit model and would like to add 
year dummies and random effect to the regression.  Anyone can show me how to 
these dummies to the model or what I should do? I am very new for 
statistics.

My data look like these:
Co 1  yr 1  profit 500
Co 2  yr 1  profit 200
Co 3  yr 1  Profit 300
Co 1  yr 2  profit 100
Cor 2 yr 2 profit 200
....so on and so fort
