Dear all,
I am asking this question in the context of the Arellano-Bond
method. From manual I read that STATA allows for treating one
variable as endogenous and this corrects the correlation between
Xit(endogenous independent variable) and eit(error term).Do
anyone have any idea how STATA is correcting through this method.

with thanks
Murali
