Dear Statalisters,
I'm sorry that I have to bring this thread up again, but I have one more question. The background of the problem is given below.

I’m running two regression models on a data consisting of hormone measurements on pregnant women measured at 3 points in time. The women are divided into three mutually exclusive groups: normal, preterm birth outcome (ptb) and infection. I made two dummy variables: hvptb: which would be 0 if normal women and 1 if ptb, and hvinf: which would be 0 if normal women and 1 if the women had infection problems. In my regression models I'm hoping to see

 1) The difference between just the ptb and the normal women (no infection group people included)
2) The difference between just the ptb and the Infection group (no PTB group people included)

Hence I ran two regressions conditioned on the specific group of people

Model-1

Log(crh)= b0 + b1*time + b2*hvptb + b3*(time*hvptb).
