The ivreg2 package of Baum/Schaffer/Stillman has been updated to
correct a problem with handling of time series data pointed out by
Dolores Jimenez Rubio, to whom we are grateful. The updated version
(2.1.14) is available from the SSC Archive via ssc install ivreg2,
replace.
