st: ivreg2 installation

Statalisters,

I'm getting the following error when I try to use xtivreg2:

Error - must have ivreg2 version 2.1.11 or greater installed
r(601);

I have already installed the following files so I am not sure why it is
not finding the ivreg2 file

st0030 from http://www.stata-journal.com/software/sj3-1


Any ideas?
