Dear Amadou,

Statalist only accepts messages from subscribers (protection against spam).
Subscribers are known not by name but by address.  So you are know to the
software as  adiallo5@worldbank.org.  It does not know you by any other
name.

If it is important to have two addresses, let me know and we'll see what 
can be
done (manually).
