st: Fixed effects Tobit with sample selection

Hi All, 

Have any of you ever worked with a fixed effects tobit with sample
selection (Heckman type) in Stata? I have data on children (multiple
children within a family), and whether they went to school or not. For
those who went to school, I know how much their parents spent (zero or
more).
