Check [R] lincom. After:
  . stcox x , 
give the command:
  . lincom _cons , hr
to display the baseline hazard (x=0), and:
  . lincom _cons x , hr
to display the hazard for x=1.
 
For some reason Stata decided not to display the constant (baseline 
hazard) with the -eform- versions of various regression models, but 
it can be obtained using -lincom-.
