Dear all,

I am having troubles installing the "relogit" feature that can be found on Garry King's website;
In his "readme" file he writes:

"To install RELOGIT, launch Stata and then type

sysdir

at the command prompt. If you are running Stata for Windows, you
should see a message that looks something like this:

STATA: C:\STATA\
UPDATES: C:\STATA\ado\updates\
BASE: C:\STATA\ado\base\
SITE: C:\STATA\ado\site\
STBPLUS: c:\ado\stbplus\
PERSONAL: c:\ado\personal\
OLDPLACE: c:\ado\

If RELOGIT is strictly for your own use, copy all files to the STBPLUS
directory listed on your screen. In this example, the directory is
c:\ado\stbplus under Windows and ~/ado/stbplus/ under UNIX. If, on the
other hand, you are a site administrator who wants to share RELOGIT with
other users on your network, copy all files to the SITE directory. In
some cases the STBPLUS and SITE directories may not yet exist on your
computer. For those cases, please use your operating system to create
the directory that will hold the files."

when I type sysdir in Stata 8, I get:

sysdir
STATA: C:\Stata8\
UPDATES: C:\Stata8\ado\updates\
BASE: C:\Stata8\ado\base\
SITE: C:\Stata8\ado\site\
PLUS: c:\ado\plus\
PERSONAL: c:\ado\personal\
OLDPLACE: c:\ado\

But the c:\ado\plus\ directory does not exist.

This might be a stupid question, but could you help me?

Thanks a lot,
Andr
