It is going to be an awfully long list, and you might be better off just 
doing it from the operating system.  But, from within Stata, you could type

shell

and then, at the command prompt, type

dir/s c:\stata8\ado\*.ado

There are various directory utilities available - perhaps one of them will 
work better for you.
