st: Interaction effects in multinomial or ordinal logit

Recent Statalist discussion has underscored the pitfalls of interaction 
effects in logit regression, and recently proposed commands (inteff, 
complogit) correspond to logit or probit.  Does anyone have 
recommendations for dealing with interaction effects in multinomial or 
ordinal logit?
