Second request for this in a week, StataCorp.

Try -gllamm- followed by -gllapred-.  -gllamm- won't be so fast as -xtlogit-, 
but with a single random effect, it's usually reasonably fast.  Also, you might 
be able to use -contract-before -gllamm- to speed things up.
