The situation with -outreg- has been discussed
several times on Statalist. It is no longer
being developed or supported.

Whenever programmers are concerned, it is best
to refer politely to apparent limitations of a program
and let them be candid about bugs whenever they
are discovered.

Thus, my guess is that this is a limitation of
-outreg-; and that you should migrate to
Ben Jann's -estout- as soon as possible.
