rows in descending order of frequency (and ascending order of the variable
within equal values of frequency).
You could always recode and then use value labels, e.g. have the value label for 0 be "1" and the value label for 1 be "0". Or, perhaps a 1-2 coding instead of 0-1 would be ok?
