st: p2ci

Thanks to Kit Baum, -p2ci- program may now be downloaded from SSC.

-p2ci- is an immediate command to calculate the standard error and
       confidence limits of a regression coefficent when it is known
       only its p-value.

If interested, install in an up-to-date Stata by

ssc inst p2ci
