Dear statalisters: I am new to the use of the simulate command and have a few questions. Since my simulation my last quite a while I am worried about things such as someone turning off the computer. I see that saving(filename) replace every(#) offers some protection but am I correct in understanding that it doesn't save the iteration it was on when the termination happened and that it doesn't allow you to restart from that point?

Thanks in advance,

g
