The log2html routine of Baum, Cox and Rising had a bug which prevented
its graceful handling of a logfile like foo.bar.smcl (although it would
deal with foo_bar.smcl or fooBar.smcl). That bug has been squashed, and
the updated version of this routine (which produces HTML pages from
SMCL log files) is available via ssc install log2html [,replace].
