Thanks to Kit Baum, there is now a new version of -raschtest- downloadable from SSC (ssc install raschtest).

This module permit to estimate the parameters of a Rasch model, by marginal maximum likelihood or by conditional maximum likelihood, to compute the fit tests Q1 (van den Wollenberg) and the global fit test of Adersen. The individual values of the latent trait are estimated. It is possible to obtain several graphical representations (the empirical and theoretical traces of each item, the information graph, and a graph to compare the distribution of the latent trait and this one of the difficulty parameters of the items).

This program use the gammasym module available on SSC (directly installed with the "ssc install raschest" command).

A description of these two programs is available on my website http://anaqol.free.fr
