st: Panel Unit Root Tests on Unbalanced Panels

Hello,
Is there any program that can do panel unit root tests with unbalanced panel
data?  I tried LEvin-Lin and others, but "sample may not contain gaps".  

Perhaps there is something I can do with my data, as I have 176 countries and 30
time periods(years), but it says I have 35 gaps.
