st: Creating panel data

Folks,

I have data in the form:

Country1 XYR1 XYR2 XYR3
Country2 XYR1 XYR2 XYR3

and would like to have it in the form:

Country1 YR1 X
Country1 YR2 X
Country1 YR3 X
Country2 YR1 X
Country2 YR2 X
Country2 YR3 X

Is there an easy way to do this in stata (or some other way)?
