Hi there,

I was wondering if (a) there is a consensus on a model using panel data with sample selection as I have come across several (Vella 1998, Zabel 1992 Verbeek 1990, Wooldridge 1995 to name but a few) while the applied literature is fairly slim and (b) whether there is a user written program for either Stata 7 or 8 that estimates these kinds of models.

Many thanks

Axel
