How can I get predictive margins after "svylogit" or "svrmodel,(logit)"
commands in STATA as described in the following article by Graubard &
Korn-
Graubard BI, Korn EL. Predictive margins with survey data. [PMID:
11318229].
These a routinely calculated in SUDAAN using the "PREDMARG" option.
