Run the probit regression under the -glm- command. Then you can get all of the probablities and residuals you could want. And you can use a number of various variance estimating options AND, you get a display of the AIC and BIC fit statistics.  Just type -help glm-. Be sure to run it in the default mode - with OIM based SE's.
