After fitting a population averaged logistic model adjusted for
clustering

xi: xtlogit outcome var1 i.var2 var3 ,pa i(villid)

I want a plot of observed points (one per cluster) / predicted line
with confidence intervals. I'm having problems obtaining the correct
confidence interval.
Using sdtp after fitting the model I get large negative prevalence
values for the lower interval?

would appreciate any advice.

thanks Jane
