Hello!

Following commands and examples I found in Stata Technical Bulletin,
stb60/sg162 pages 21-37 by Maurizio Pisati.

I am trying to compute Moran's I, Geary's c, Getis and Ord's G and Getis and
Ord's G* by using the command spatlsa. I managed to do it by using tutorial
datas columbusdata.dta and columbusswm.dta, but when I tried my own data I got
an error message:

matrix has missing values
r(504):

I got the error message when I tried to get moran, geary and go1. But when
tried go2 (Getis's and Ord's G*) I got some results without the error message.
I have generated weightsmatrix by the command spatwmat and I have also checked
that I don't have any missing values in my data etc...
What could be wrong?

Thank You in advance,
Jenni
