st: Difficult situation

Dear friends of the list. This is the most strange thing that I want to do
in Stata, maybe some of you can help me.
I have a database that I merged few weeks ago. Today for some reason I lost
7 observations from that database. I identified the observations, but how
can I insert this new observations????
