Dear Statalisters,
I am unable to format the output of svymean.
In many situations it would be useful to choose the display format of
svymean output (The same holds true for svytotal and svyratio).
However, if I understand the <help svymean> output correctly, only
svyprop allows for a format(%fmt) option.
My questions:
1) is there a workaround for having svymean output formatted according
to the user's mood?
2) what is the logic of allowing the format(%fmt) option in svyprop
syntax, but not in its companion commands svymean, svytotal, and
svyratio?
