st: various updates on SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, various packages have 
been updated on SSC. 

texteditors
===========

This FAQ has been revised to include several details 
from postings about the Macintosh 
last week (plus other stuff contributed off-list about 
Macintosh); thanks to Kit (again), 
Ronan Conroy and especially Chinh Nguyen. 

rvlrplot
========

This is for residual vs lagged residual plots; 
updated to Stata 8 (Stata 7 version 
remains accessible as -rvlrplot7-). 

glmcorr
=======

This was broken by changes in Stata 8. 
Now works properly under both 7 and 8. 
Thanks to John Moran for reminding me 
about the problem.
