st: xtreg and survey data

Dear Listers,

Forgive me if this has been discussed already, but what would be the 
appropriate way to perform panel regression in the context of a complex 
survey?  I'm thinking that I would like to see a -svyxtreg- program...or would 
I need to combine -xtreg- and bootstrapping.
