Stata used to have a nice command to compute marginal effects for a
logit equation. It was dlogit2. Apparantly, this command no longer
exists. It appears that mfx compute is supposed to replace it, but this
command seems to just make my stata job freeze. Is there another way to
get marginal effects following a logit?
