I have forwarded your message to the course organizers of the distance
learning programme of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. It
seems that a number of students in this programme still use Stata 6 and
probably would be happy to have a set of user manuals.

Our library is disposing of several sets of user manuals for Stata 5 and 6.
It seems a shame to put these fine documents in the bin - can anyone suggest
somewhere who could use these resources.
