Clearly Jens must make the decision. 

The only other things I want to say are that 

1. in Jens' previous posting overlap with the STB  
did not appear to be the issue which he had in mind. 

2. I made general comments about the 
implications of Stata 8 for user-written 
programs which I stand by.
