I have a question regarding the xtgee command. I have 4 time points and
want to assume there is correlation between time points 1&2.1&3,2&4 and
3&4 but not between 1&4 and 2&3.
I therefore need to specify my correlation matrix as a 'fixed' one but
am unsure how to create this so that it shows the above correlations.
I can't seem to find an example of how to do this.
