I had not noticed before, but when I pulled the graph window larger, the
default scatterplot symbol on screen changed from a circle into a broken
circle with the ends of a cross sticking out.  If the name translates for
other countries, it was like the end-on view of a terry-clip. This happen
with Stata 6 and Stata 7, but the magnified print-out just shows circles.
Is this peculiar to my PC?
