Hello, everyone,

Can SAS do the survey analysis? Our department only has SAS for
statistical analysis, but we still have some survey projects waiting to
be analyzed. My boss think we don't need to install two statistical
software in our computer. So, if SAS can do survey analysis, how
powerful is it comparing to Stata? I use Stata for survey analysis
before but don't know how to do it using SAS? Can you give any
suggestion?

Thanks.

Jingnan

Stata has done a great job of adding survey analysis routines. They're
much easier to use than SUDAAN's. I think SUDAAN can handle more
complex
designs than Stata can, but unless you need them there's no reason to
give up that second leg (down to one limb now) for SUDAAN and SAS to do
survey analysis.
