Subject   st: interpreting logit using 'mfx'

WHat is the correct way for one to interpret the marginal effect given 
by 'dy/dx' for continuous variables:  Is the magnitude evaluated at a 
"one unit change" in terms of moving from the mean to a one standard 
deviation increase in the explanatory variable?
