It is unclear to me what you want:
Are you looking for the covariance in the sampling distribution of the
coefficients? In that case type -matlist e(V)- after estimating your
model.
Are you looking for how much the effect of one variable changes as
another variable changes? This is called an interaction effect. Look
at -help fvvarlist-.
