-dtobit- is not an official Stata command. Per the Statalist FAQ you
must tell us where you got it from. The logic is that there are often
multiple versions of user written software floating around in
cyberspace (e.g. one or more in SJ and one in SSC) and it obviously
helps communication if we are talking about the same thing...
