Hello,
I just realized that STATA mistake divisions at 7-8 decimal place!
I know it sounds strange, but try to do 45315 / 19657 ....

SAS:      2.30528564887826
STATA:  2,30528569221496
Excel:    2,30528564887826
Mathematica: http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=45315%2F19657

It's not a good job for a scientific software!!
