Thanks to Kit Baum an update of -stpm2- package is available on SSC.

-stpm2- fits flexible parametric survival models

The updates include:
Fixed a bug with fitting delayed entry models when using the -noorthog- option.
Allow the -lininit- option (for alternative initial values) to be used with the -rcsbaseoff- option.
The predict command now has a -failure- option for prediction of 1 - S(t).
Some other minor bug fixes and improved error checks.

Use -adoupdate- to update to the latest version.

Or

. ssc install stpm2, replace
