Thanks to Kit Baum an update of -stpm2- package is available on SSC.

-stpm2- fits flexible parametric survival models

The updates include:
 Fixed a bug with fitting delayed entry models when using the -noorthog- option.
 Allow the -lininit- option (for alternative initial values) to be used with the -rcsbaseoff- option.
 The predict command now has a -failure- option for prediction of 1 - S(t).
 Some other minor bug fixes and improved error checks.	

Use -adoupdate- to update to the latest version.
