thanks for your answer!

The point is, that the . run "/var/folders/n3/389xqy6n53v27tmwphf74qlh0000gn/T//SD06145.000000" command, created by Stata due to hitting the execute-button in the do-file editor of Stata. 
I didn't type anything into the command line, so I can't change anything in that command.
Usually you hit execute and the stuff in the do-file should be run. This - at least I guess it works this way - is done such that Stata loads the code from its own editor into a temp-file and executes it, but I looked up the path and noticed, that the temp-file simply isn't created at all, which should have been done by Stata itself after hitting the execute-button.
